Trash to Treasure

Low Cost and No Cost Feed Stocks Processed into High Margin Products

Our Processing Systems

Our Modular Processing Systems easily convert:

  • GREEN TECHNOLOGIES:
  • A wide range of low-value/low-cost renewable and sustainable Biomasses (sawdust, crop waste, municipal. etc.) into clean, net zero,  wood oils/Hydrocarbon Oils and high quality lignins.
  • Using a semi refined wood oil for a custom 20% blend using high quality petroleum diesel allows green designation for the transportation company and the blender (blender gets $1 per blended gallon federal tax credit).
  • The technology is also able to process plastics and other waste biomasses.
  • PETROLEUM MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGIES:
  • Plus, diverse raw materials such as used motor, crude oil, off-spec feeds, etc. into a wide range of high margin, high purity, lubricants and non-highway mineral oil, mineral spirits, paraffin waxes, biodegradable plastics, sequestered specialty carbons, etc.

The Design, Processing Capacity, and Economics

Design and Engineering:

  • From 8 + times to 20 + times lower CAPEX per processed barrel;
  • Higher catalytic cracking expandable capacity with a very smaller footprint and cost;
  • Easy to construct and commission within only 3 to 4 months compared with typical construction times of 23 months or more;
  • Little to no air quality permitting;
  • Easily transported by multi semi truck transport and multi 40-foot shipping container on a worldwide basis;
  • Designed for continuous operation for 25 years or more based on feed;
  • Easy to operate with safe and highly efficient design;
  • Low-cost expand-ability of the systems into groups or clusters;
  • “Set it, and Forget it” axial flow designed operating system;
  • Individual Systems are easily scaled from 300 BPD (4.5 million  gallons per year) to 1,500 BPD (22.6 million gallons per year).

Processing Capacity:

  • The single and clustered Processing Capacities can range from between 2.5 million gallons per year to 163 million gallons per year or more.

Economics:

  • The low-cost leasable Modular Processing Systems can generate EBITDAs from about $7 million to $15 million and more. In groups of 8 to 12 or more Modular Systems can generate up to substantial gross and net revenues while maximzing the on site labor pool;
  • Very competitive and cash generating asset opportunity;
  • Protection against inflation;
  • A huge potential growth opportunity;
  • Easy and quick conversion of a wide range of no cost/ low-cost biomass and petroleum feedstocks into high value products;
  • Investment partner centric quick payback;
  • Easy and rapid capacity expansion opportunity;
  • Lowest operating costs and maintenance costs.

Competitive  Advantages

The Pros:

  • Lowest Opportunity Cost;
  • Lowest Cost Provider;
  • Produces more and better products than the competition;
  • Highest efficiency;
  • Quickest time to market;
  • Produces more value products than the competition with the same  resources.

CAPEX Requirement for a new Facility:

  • Biomass Modular Processing System ranges from a single payment of about
    $1.5 million + to $.8 million +.
  • While the total CAPEX for a single Project will vary based upon the specific Processing Systems and currently available resources/infrastructure, a full plant build out from raw land will run from approximately $2.5M to $5.2M
